Phillipe D’Arcy (Anthony Palermo) - art dealer from Baton Rouge. Old friend of Alex’ from university days; they met in art history class. Vampire.

Justine (Sarah Strange) - Old friend of Alex’ from university days. Vampire.

Frances Carlton (Kim Restell) - performed an autopsy on vampire victim.

Boy at Bus Depot (Todd Witham) - boy that Kristin spoke to at the bus depot, while looking for her brother.

Jordan (Dale Wilson) - practitioner of Black Arts, he was cult leader for the Enlightened One (Lucifer). Destroyed by Kristin.

Ethan Adams (Fab Filippo) - younger brother of Kristin Adams.

Cindy Smith (Tara Spencer-Nairn) - young, female cult member who recruits new members. Recruited David Johanssen.

David Johanssen (Aaron Smolinski) - young boy from Harrisville, Wisconsin, he was recruited by Cindy to become a member of her cult.

Frances Carlton (Kim Restell) - performed an autopsy on Father Donald Hawthorne. She discovered the unusual brand on his head.

Robert (Greg Trpin) - young, fervent male cult member.

Father Donald Hawthorne - priest murdered at St. Nichols.

Father Reynolds (Les Martin) - priest kidnapped from Church of the Holy Redemption.

The "Banshee" (Allison Hossack) - it was called a banshee in the episode but by definition, didn't actually seem to be one.

David Cord (Paul Satterfield) - Rachel finally falls for a guy but he's after her daughter.

Bryan Crenshaw (Dominic Keating) - reported to the San Francisco House as a special consultant from the London House and that he was the little-known son of Jason Crenshaw.

Major Robert (Jonathon) Boyle (Michael Moriarty) - (deceased) Nick's father who had a sudden name change to "Robert" after he was referred to as "Jonathon" in Season One.

Jason Krenshaw (Dominic Keating) - Reportedly deceased member of The Legacy that worked with Robert Boyle on many occasions. In order to maintain the outward appearance of immortality, he called himself Jason'ts son, Buyan.

Jessica Lansing (Crystal Chappell) Samuel's archaeological assistant.

Samuel Kellig (Martin Evans) - Archaeologist and good friend of Derek's. WDied shortly after becoming engaged to his assistant of many years, Jessica.

Lamia - serpent spirit that was released from her urn by Samuel and possessed Jessica Lansing in order to seduce Samuel and then Derek to "feed" off of them.

Debt of Honor

John Griffin (Anthony Michael Hall) - childhood friend and baseball teammate of Nick’s. Was a supply sergeant in 313th Infantry during Desert Storm. He sold M-72s on the black market, which inadvertently led to his friend Joe Fratello’s death.

Joe Fratello (Phillip Mitchell) - childhood friend and baseball teammate of Nick’s. A corporal in 313th Infantry during Desert Storm, he was killed when the bunker he was in was attacked and he had no weapons with which to defend himself. He came back from the dead to haunt those he blamed (correctly) for his death, Griffin and Meyer.

Bob Meyer (Jason Gray-Stanford) - A member of the supply unit of the 313th Infantry during Desert Storm. Along with John Griffin, he stole, then sold weapons on the black market. He was driven to his death by Joe Fratello’s vengeful ghost.

Mrs. Fratello - Joe’s mother.

Colonel Frank Rollins (Peter Bryant) - Senior officer of the 313th Infantry, he provided insight to Derek and Nick on the characters of Griffin and Meyer.

Angela Sanchez - born 1977, died 1997 in car accident. The car was driven by her boyfriend Todd Barnard.

Michael Barnard (Barry Greene) - oldest son of Suzanne Barnard. Killed by fire god sent by Dolores Sanchez.

Suzanne Barnard (Jessica Walter) - businesswoman and matriarch of an American "royal family."

Dolores Sanchez (Margarita Cordova) - grandmother of Angela Sanchez and bruja (witch). She called up "Heotquitle", the Toltec god of fire to punish the Barnard family for Angela’s death.

Todd Barnard (Lochlyn Munro) - illegitimate son of Melinda Barnard and grandson of Suzanne Barnard.

Melinda Barnard - only daughter of Suzanne Barnard and childhood friend of Rachel.. Committed suicide in college, leaving behind a baby son, Todd.

Trevor Barnard (Peter Yunker) - youngest son of Suzanne Barnard. Killed by fire god sent by Dolores Sanchez.

Reporter (Joanna Piros) - TV reporter who covered Todd Barnard’s trial that resulted from the car accident.

Edward Bishop (Andrew Aislie) - blind friend of Alex’s. Likes orchids and classical music. Works at a university. Is apparently knowledgeable about the Aztec, Mayan and Toltec civilizations.

Hell Hath No Fury

Frank Karmack (Tom Butler) - 17 year San Francisco Police Department veteran. A longtime Legacy contributor, he stole the Scepter of Pythia in a quest to distribute justice as he saw it. When caught, he branded himself with the Scepter, which resulted in this death at the hands of the Furies.

Darrel Harding (Christopher Bolton) - murdered SFPD Detective Edward Butler, but was acquitted when his girlfriend perjured herself on the stand. Frank Karmack branded him with the Scepter of Pythia and he was subsequently killed by the Furies.

Janine Kinsey (Lisa Robin Kelly) - the girlfriend of Darrel Harding, she perjured herself on the stand, resulting in Harding’s acquittal of murder.

Jared Tanner (Malcolm Stewart) - as attorney for Darrel Harding, he persuaded Janine to perjure herself to get Harding acquitted. Frank Karmack branded him with the Scepter of Pythia and he was subsequently killed by the Furies.

Edward Butler - SFPD detective murdered by Darrel Harding.

Frances Carlton (Kim Restell) - got the Legacy involved in the case, by showing Nick Harding’s body.

Mike Gracen (Roger Allford) - SFPD detective in charge of the investigation of Edward Butler’s murderer.

Punk Kid (Curtis Bechdholt) - young thug with tire iron who wanted to steal Nick’s mustang.

Dr. Jack Palmer - alias used by Frank Karmack to attend symposium on "Vengeance In Ancient Greece."

Detective (Bruno Verdoni) - one of the detective’s investigating Darrel Harding’s murder.

Fury Number 1 (Maya Massar)

Nina Andros - retired Legacy member, she is curator at the Museum of Antiquities. She borrowed the Scepter of Pythia from the London Legacy House for a presentation on vengeance in ancient Greece. Frank Karmack stole the Scepter from her.

Irish Jug

Milo Jeffetts (Rene Auberjonois) - antique dealer and old friend of Derek’s. They met in prison, put there after blockading Russian trawlers for Greenpeace.

Jimmy Culhain - Irish thief and scoundrel, he was imprisoned in a jug by the White Witch of Elster. He escaped into Derek’s form, when Derek drank from the jug.

Sean McStuart Culhain - Irish thief and scoundrel and brother of Jimmy, he was imprisoned in a jug by the White Witch of Elster. He escaped into Milo’s form, when Milo drank from the jug.

Haney Owen Keane - he bequeathed his family’s collection of antiques to the Luna Foundation.

Margaret Keane - also known as the White Withc of Ulster. Jimmy and Sean Culhain broke into her house to rob it. She caught them in the act and tricked them into drinking a potion that trapped them in the jug.

Metamorphosis

Eliot Black (Chris Martin) - 17 year old mentally disturbed patient of Rachel’s. He attacked her with a demonic pick, infecting her with his madness. Committed suicide in the presence of Alex and Derek.

Gerald (Eric Schneider) - psychiatric colleague and friend of Rachel’s. He attempted to help Rachel with her increasing paranoia, but was physically attacked by her.

Katie Mitchell - Alex’s best friend in first grade. Katie’s father was a racist and stopped their friendship.

Detective Manners - San Francisco Police Department Detective that called Rachel to tell her Eliot Black made bail.

Carla Simpson - Eliot Black’s mother. Infected by the demonic pick, she committed suicide two weeks before her son.

Frances Carlton (Kim Restell) - she conducted autopsies on Eliot Black and Carla Simpson.

La Belle Dame Sans Merci

Aaron Wakefield (Robert Clothier) - a plantation owner, he was obsessed with one of his slaves, La Belle. His obsession was so great that after his death his spirit wandered in search of her.

Chevalier (Gordon Currie) - a gambler, he was La Belle’s lover. He went to meet Wakefield in a duel, but was killed by La Belle.

La Belle - a slave and distantly related to Alex. She was in love with Chevalier, a gambler. Using the powers of Mama Marie, she made a pact guaranteed to allow her and Chevalier to be reborn together after death. When Chevalier met Wakefield for their duel, La Belle killed Chevalier, then herself. However, because Chevalier had not also agreed to the pact, his spirit was not reborn.

Marie de la Rue - great great grandmother of Alex. She was a powerful priestess and helped La Belle with her pact to keep her and Chevalier together forever. Also called "Mama Marie." Her spirit was channeled by Grandma Rose to get answers about La Belle.

Rimbau (Sean Day Mitchell) - the cadence caller for the duel between Chevalier and Wakefield.

Grandma Rose (Esther Rolle) - Alex’s grandmother. Also psychic like Alex, she raised Alex and her sister in Louisiana.

Seth Wakefield (David McNally) - the grandson of Aaron Wakefield, he was interviewed by Alex about his grandfather in the L’Acadia Retirement Home.

Claudine (Kate Robbins) - the hostile housekeeper at the L’Acadia Retirement Home.

The Prodigy

Lee Noir (Stephen McHattie) - devilish agent of Eugene Kadar. Also said he was agent of Mozart, Paganini and Caruso. When he takes on a client, he is able to draw upon their accomplishments, which gives him power. Destroyed by Derek.

Eugene Kadar (Chad Willett) - 26 year old pianist. Born in Czechoslovakia in 1972, he was a child prodigy. He mysteriously lost his gift at 17, but regained it when Lee Noir entered his life. Eugene and Kristin dated when they were 17, in high school. Murdered by Noir.

Milos Kadar (Victor A. Young) - uncle of Eugene Kadar, he was murdered by Lee Noir when he tried to break Noir’s influence over Eugene.

Winifred Penrose (Marie Stillin) - musical director at the Conservatory, she was murdered by Lee Noir when she attempted to introduce Eugene Kadar to a new agent.

Roger MacKenzie - referred to by Lee Noir as "the second most powerful agent" in the music industry.

The Human Vessel

Tommy Crane (Billie Worley-adult/Ted Stuart-child) - Oldest child of the Cranes, he suffers from autism and is cared for by his sister, Caroline.

Caroline Crane I (Jenny-Lynn Hutcheson) - original daughter born to the Cranes. She suffered from Biagi syndrome, an incurable, progressive disease. Killed by her parents or the disease, her body was placed in an old well on the family property, and they bought another child to take her place.

Caroline Crane II (Kari Matchett) - bought by the Cranes and given the same name as her predecessor, she was Nick’s high school sweetheart. She broke off their relationship when her parents died, and now takes care of her brother, Tommy.

Dr. Ahrens (Fred Keating) - doctor at hospital that treated Caroline after she was struck by lighting.

The Covenant

Mary Miller (Sheila Moore) - young novitiate at Ingrid’s convent, she appeared to have committed suicide. It was later revealed that her brother, Josh, was responsible for her death.

Josh Miller (Chad Lowe) - son of Paul and brother of Mary. Because of the religious righteousness and anger of his father, he somehow developed a psychic power that destroyed his sister Mary.

Paul Miller (Kevin McNulty) - father of Mary, Josh and Dan, he is a man of intense religious beliefs, "a zealot" according to Rachel.

Anne Thompson (Gabrielle Miller) - a young sister, she was a close friend of Mary’s. Killed by a blow to the head.

Ingrid Rayne (Camille Mitchell) - she asked Derek for help after Mary apparently committed suicide at the Napa convent.

Sister Margaret (Lisa Maris) - Mother Superior at the convent, she is a skeptic about supernatural occurrences.

Daniel Miller - younger brother of Josh and Mary, he committed suicide by carbon monoxide.

Jimmy Boyle - other brother of Nick, by seven years. Died in a car accident at 37 years of age. He left home at 17, when Nick was 10. He and Nick never spoke again.

The Internment

Lydia (Kirsten Robek-young adult/Betty Phillips-elderly woman) - while traveling with her friend, Julia, in 1950, she became trapped in the town of Somerville. When she attempted to escape the town, she aged rapidly to her correct age and died.

Julia Berman (Rheta With An ‘H’) - 70 year old woman, she is incarcerated in the Carmelito State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, for supposedly murdering her friend Lydia in 1950.

Sam Tanaka (Cary Hiroyuki-Tagawa) - an American born man of Japanese descent, he was confined to a Salazar Relocation Facility during World War II, with his family. After his father committed suicide, and his mother died, he attempted escape, but was electrocuted to death on the electrified barb wire fence on November 3, 1943.

Ed Parker (Gary Jones) - businessman from Crescent City, he became trapped in Somerville in 1960. Killed by Sam Tanaka.

Justin Adams - Kristen’s father apparently become trapped in Somerville, but managed to escape. Interesting to note, his papers listed no wife or children.

Seduction

Nicholas Oldman (John Pyper Ferguson) - immortal, evil being intent on gaining the power of Boh Jing, but imprisoned with him by Alex, Kristen and Rachel.

Ivan (Bill Croft) - chauffeur/bodyguard/general dogsbody for Nicholas Oldman.

Beggar (Alex Willows) - well-educated beggar, murdered by Nicholas Oldman.

Boh Jing - powerful Chinese spirit/sorcerer confined in a stone cube.

Liu Sheng - ruler during the Han dynasty, the stone cube was entombed with him.

Out Of Sight

Jeffrey Starr (Maurice Godin) - unwilling psychic, willing con artist, he returned to the Legacy seeking help when he was attacked by Evan Brookshire’s spirit, which was seeking revenge for a previous con in which Jeffrey was involved.

Mary Johnson (Stephanie Dicker) - daughter of Evan Brookshire, she helped her father’s spirit hunt down those he believed were responsible for his ruin.

Evan Brookshire - CEO of industrial firm, he was ruined when he greedily supported a scheme of Daniel Walken’s. After he lost everything, he committed suicide (by gun, in the study). His restless spirit, with the aid of his daughter Mary, returned seeking revenge.

Mrs. Brookshire (Sheila Larkin) - widow of Evan Brookshire.

Daniel Walken (Jerry Schram) - broker, involved in inside trading scam, joined with Evan Brookshire in a sure deal, which lost all of Brookshire’s money. Brookshire’s spirit returned and killed Walken.

Security Guard (Deryl Hayes) - security guard at Walken’s house, who let Nick in to investigate.

Last Good Knight

Justin Adams (Tony Amendola) - Kristin’s father. An expert in DNA identification, he was asked to authenticate a document in Istanbul (the map), when he disappeared. Killed in his lifelong pursuit of the Holy Grail.

King Philippe (Michael Richard Dobson) - the King of France made a pact with the dark side. He had Jacques de Molet burned alive when he refused to tell him the location of the Holy Grail. He died within a year of de Molet’s death, condemned to wander the earth forever.

Mr. Ali (Brian Jensen) - proprietor of Hotel Metropole in Istanbul.

Jacques de Molet - last great master of the Knights Templar, he was also a Legacy member. He was murdered by King Philippe of France, on Friday, October 12, 1307.

Peasant Boy (Christopher Logan) - young boy who gave water to Kristen and her father. He was later killed by Philippe.

Marcus (Chad Todhunter) - master vampire, supposedly killed by Derek, returns to turn Alex into a vampire. This time, killed by Nick.

Darkside

Narrator (Fionnula Flanagan ) - Affectionately referred to by the fans as Ms. Darkside. She's the one who is trying to sell Alex on going over to the Darkside.
